Based on the results of Business Analysis, we develop a detailed Project Implementation Plan and follow it to ensure strict adherence to requirements, budget and deadlines. The final tests performed by our team secure functional accuracy and complete user satisfaction.

Data migration:
Almost each of our customers has a legacy system containing data of differing quality. The transformation journey is a complex task and we know how to resolve it.

The integration of our solutions with external applications reduces the customer IT complexity. Our team is experienced in complex integrations involving, e.g. the systems of insurance companies.

We provide start-up training to Ins Info Suite users during Go-Live as well as for new releases.

Maintenance and support:
Our company offers maintenance and support services based on subscription. All maintenance packages include upgrades to new releases. We can also enter into SLA (Service Level Agreement) to address the specific customer expectations.
